Production Field Operator (PFO)

• Certified and responsible for skim milk/raw milk off loading and getting milk samples for lab analysis.
• Making sanitary connections that enable the flow of process and cleaning (CIP) of process equipment.
• Operation of the yogurt separators.
• Set up the fruit and honey totes on the scales for the filling machines.
• Manual hand-cleaning the process sanitary equipment (sanitary piping, sanitary sampling devices and sanitary syringe ports) and other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Responsible for off-loading bulk cleaning chemicals. Handle and stage drums with detergents/sanitation agents for the CIP of the Yoghurt Separators and of the Filling Machines.
• Operate heavy-duty forklift for transportation of honey/fruit totes.
• Follow all regulations, standards, company policies with regards to Food Safety, SQF, OSHA, etc.
• Must follow all safety rules and policies set forth by the company

Working Hours: 2nd and 3rd Shifts Available Immediately!!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
