Axis Strength Training's mission is to help 2,000 people in the Fulton and Montgomery Counties area build a lifelong habit of health and fitness so they live longer, healthier lives! We do this through one-on-one personal training, group strength & conditioning classes and nutrition coaching. We also offer a Youth Program, Adaptive Athlete Program and a Diapers & Dumbbells Program.
