If you're in the know, you may have heard the rumors, or are they rumors about the speakeasy at the Historic Hotel Broadalbin Nows your chance to shake a leg and celebrate the new year at your favorite Haunt. Drink the juice and wear your 1920s best and lets have a BALL. (Costumes encouraged but not required)

Stir fried chicken breast with steamed vegetables, Jasmine rice and a soy based honey ginger sauce

Sliced Sirloin in Diane sauce

Beef sirloin tips fossef in a mushroom cream with Dijon mustard and cognac. Served over herded potatoes

Seafood Baked in Paper

Haddock, shrimp, fresh herbs, white wine, lemon, julienne vegetables, spinach and rice baked in a packet.

Mixed Vegetables in Coconut Curry Sauce with Basmati Rice
