Kid's Back to School Yoga with Courtney Wood at Paul Nigra Center

Join Courtney Wood to celebrate going back to school and returning to our routines with a kid yoga class! This session will consist of:

-Back to school-themed yoga practice

-A mindfulness story

-A self-growth and/or coloring activity (age appropriate choices will be given)

-A take home snack

This class is open to children 3 and up.
