Kid's Saturday Yoga with Courtney Wood at Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts

Join Courtney Wood during the first week of spring to celebrate the change of seasons! Class will be Saturday, 3/23, from 10:00am-11:00am and will consist of:

-A spring and Easter themed yoga practice

-Spring intention setting

-A mindfulness story

-A self growth and/or coloring activity (age appropriate choices will be given)

-A take home snack

This class is open to children 3 and up.
