Roasted Vegetable Shepherds Pie
Onions, peppers, carrots, parsnips, mushrooms, celery and green beans topped with whipped potatoes
Beef Stroganoff
Beef sirloin in mushroom sauce over egg noodles. Topped with sour cream and fresh dill.
