These low-impact workouts use the natural buoyancy and resistance of water to help you move comfortably, build strength, and enjoy greater mobility Developed by Izumi Tabata this workout (offered both in the pool and in the Group Exercise schedule) is a high intensity interval training that consists in rounds, each lasting from 20 or more seconds of high intensity exercises followed by a brief rest. The structure is designed to maximize calorie burn and improve resistance.

These classes are wellness-based, staying true to the tradition of Viniyoga. Class instruction is focused on using movement and breath to reduce muscle tension and stress, while strengthening weaknesses, bringing both balance and self-awareness to the participant.
