These low-impact workouts use the natural buoyancy and resistance of water to help you move comfortably, build strength, and enjoy greater mobility Developed by Izumi Tabata this workout (offered both in the pool and in the Group Exercise schedule) is a high intensity interval training that consists in rounds, each lasting from 20 or more seconds of high intensity exercises followed by a brief rest. The structure is designed to maximize calorie burn and improve resistance.

Stay active, compete, and have fun in our Women's Basketball League! Players will enjoy organized games in a friendly yet competitive environment that emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and fitness. Teams play weekly games with referees provided, and standings are tracked throughout the season leading up to playoffs. 13-week season.
