Job descriptionOptions for Hours: Monday through Friday from 4:30PM-Overnight (Starting at $20.00/hr) JOB DUTIES: · Mix · Blend · Cut molds · Funnel curds into molds · Push the product to the gate door to fill molds, at a steady rate. · Monitor the whey as it drains out the ends of the block forms down the channel and into the tank where it is pumped directly to the Waste Water Treatment Facility. · Clean the vats according to the SSOP for vat cleaning. · Roll the stack to the staging area in
