Physical Therapist

Weekday and Weekend per diem Physical Therapist (PT) opportunity at Capstone Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. Capstone Center is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and independent per diem Physical Therapist for its IN-HOUSE Rehabilitation Department. Days and hours are flexible.
Duties:

• Primary responsibilities will be to evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and help restore day to day functionality
• Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants
• Collaborate with IDT
• Complies with federal and state professional requirements

• Current New York State Physical Therapy licensure
• Responsible, caring, and dedicated Physical Therapists who enjoy helping patients and making a great impact in their personal development
• Effective and engaging verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to comfortably interact with people of diverse backgrounds
