Clinic Supervisor (LCSW/LMSW/LMHC-D)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinic Supervisor to lead our multidisciplinary team. The Clinic Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with CCBHC standards, supporting staff development, and driving quality improvement initiatives.

This position requires a thorough knowledge of best practice clinical standards, proficiency in risk assessment, and expertise in determining appropriate levels of care. Additionally, the Clinic Supervisor should have a passion for coaching, supporting, and mentoring therapists. As a member of the organization’s leadership team, the Clinic Supervisor will support and advance the agency’s goals, and may provide administrative or clinical coverage as needed. The successful candidate will be self-driven, task-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Required Education and Experience

Education:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Licensure:

  • Valid and current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the State of New York.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Experience in community mental health, CCBHCs, or integrated care settings preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using EHR systems and managing clinical documentation standards
  • Strong foundational knowledge of systems, clinical best practice standards, levels of care, and a profound ability to collaborate and demonstrate creativity in treatment interventions for complex cases.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of ethics, confidentiality and child welfare.
  • Demonstrate competency in a range of creative and client centered clinical interventions and ensure that clinical supervision is a thought provoking process for the employees.
  • Have an understanding and core belief system in line with Trauma Informed Care and Client Centered Care principles, and utilize them in responding to employees and clients.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
