General Manager – The Brothers that just do Gutters

As a General Manager, you’ll be the primary integrator for our organization—turning the owner’s vision into clear, actionable plans. You’ll design the roadmap to achieve both annual and long-term goals, then inspire and equip your team to bring them to life.
 
This role requires not just managing people, but empowering them by building the right systems, processes, and accountability structures. You’ll oversee all business operations—administrative, operational field teams, and sales and marketing. Your leadership ensures alignment, productivity, and peak performance across the board.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies with clear milestones.
  • Train and mentor managers and staff for long-term success.
  • Build, maintain, and improve operational systems and processes.
  • Manage and optimize budgets to drive profitability.
  • Hire, evaluate, and develop employees at all levels.
  • Collect and analyze financial and performance data for informed decisions.
  • Research and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Deliver regular reports and presentations to ownership.

Reporting & Accountability:
 
  • Weekly financial reviews with the owner to track KPIs.
  • Monthly reviews to analyze variances, address issues, and forecast.
  • Annual budget creation and presentation.
  • Mid-year reforecasting and adjustments.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
