Summary: Supervises the deliveries, coordinates activities of staff at plant, compliant and displays leadership with
company EHS policies, cooperates with departments to facilitate daily business, complies and enforces all company
policies, ensures timely delivery and production of materials, including concrete, and performs some managerial tasks.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.
 Accountable for the production, delivery and overall operational output, compliance and measureable goals of
given plant.
 Responsible for enforcing the company EHS policy.
 Regulates workforce training, reasonable discipline, moral and culture.
 Delegates and helps with job tasks around the garage, yard and plant.
 Able to batch, inventory, facilitate and test materials.
 Balance COD’s and input truck time information.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly manages workforce at given plant.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

 Experience: A broad background of concrete, aggregate, asphalt and or construction industry is preferred but not
a prerequisite.
 Good communication skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
 Computer Skills – Able to work with email, share files, Microsoft Word and Excel.
 Relationships within trucking, cement, concrete, aggregate industry and/or other logistics firms will be valued.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions,
and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Mathematical Skills : Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Reasoning Ability : Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral
instructions. Able to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations.

hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10
to 50 pounds. Example supply boxes, storage boxes, reams of paper etc.
