Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AP / Payroll Administrator to manage accounts payable and bi-weekly payroll. This role ensures accurate vendor payments and employee compensation and serves as a key contact for vendors and internal staff.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices, aging reports, and ACH/check payments

  • Maintain AP records and reconcile vendor statements

  • Serve as primary contact for vendor inquiries

  • Process bi-weekly payroll using UKG

  • Coordinate with payroll vendor and department managers

  • Submit 401(k) contributions and third-party payroll payments

  • Generate payroll reports and process reimbursements

 

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Accounting or Business (Bachelor’s preferred)

  • 3–5 years of payroll and/or accounts payable experience (required)

  • UKG payroll experience required

  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
