Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality service while managing client assignments and projects. This role also includes coaching, advising and supporting team members in meeting client and self-development expectations. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead and supervise multiple audit engagements while maintaining client relationships and ensuring the overall success of each engagement.
- Identify opportunities to improve assignment profitability and any risk management issues.
- Advise and coach team members, provide consistent recognition and encouragement, and set an example by demonstrating high energy levels and enthusiasm.
- Perform more complicated areas of engagement, including planning, internal control assessments and completion procedures.
- Review the accuracy and technical compliance of all types of engagements.
- Support the partner team through business development activities, such as identifying and promoting the development of new services and/or channels to satisfy evolving market and/or client needs.
- Become a member of our quality control management team.

Requirements
- Applicants should have 5-7 years of experience in public accounting in a similar role
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or master’s degree in a related field and the CPA designation or candidacy are preferred
- Must be able to lead and complete all aspects of engagements from planning to fulfillment
- Strong project management and leadership skills, including the ability to successfully coach, mentor, and empower talented people
- Effective and professional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
- A high degree of professionalism, including the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications
