Activities Aide

River Ridge Living is currently hiring a full-time Activities Aide for our Recreation Department.   This is a physically active position that meets the interests of residents through group and one-to-one activities. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·         Assist the Activities Director with the implementation of activities that enrich the lives of the residents
·         Lead small, medium, and large group activities.
·         Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the Activities Department and other departments of the facility.  
·         Conduct one-on-one programs
·         Transport residents to and from activities as needed.
·         Maintain a safe activity environment by using preventive maintenance and cleaning of the area
·         Complete duties assigned by the Director of Recreation
Requirements:

• Experience with older adults preferred.
• Good organizational skills with creativity and enthusiasm
• High School Diploma or equivalent
