The front Desk staff role is defined around the YMCA’s core principles: Caring, Honesty, respect and responsibility. Under the supervision of the membership coordinator, the front desk staff is responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service to all members, guests, and participants of the YMCA. This individual will be responsible for the sale of membership, responding to the needs of our members, and keeping the work area clean, all while adhering to the YMCA’s core principles.
