Job Summary
As the Admissions Director, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and families. You will guide them through the admissions process with empathy and professionalism, while helping maintain optimal occupancy through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
Handle all inquiries related to residency and provide in-depth tours
Clearly explain services, care plans, amenities, and pricing options
Assist families through the move-in process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
Build strong relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, and referral sources
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams for seamless resident transitions
Track leads, referrals, and conversion data using CRM software
Maintain compliance with state and facility regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, marketing, social work, or related field (preferred)
2+ years of experience in admissions, healthcare sales, or senior living (required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Compassionate and professional demeanor
Familiarity with senior living regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
