Coordinator Home Health Programs

Hours Per Week: 40 hours

Hiring range: $24.35-$32.57

The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities:

• Monitors program plans, schedules and budgets.
• Recommends alternative actions based on tracking outcomes.
• Coordinates, organizes and supports program promotions to targeted audience.
• Documents and tracks program progress compared to goals. 
• Coordinates and prepares reports, materials and presentations to support program leaders.
• Coordinates and/or leads program tasks as assigned.

Education: • Master's degree with 2 years prior supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting

Complexity of Work:
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.

Personal Protective Equipment:
• Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
