2. Identify food and supplies needed for the next week's menus and

5. Ensure proper handling, labeling and storage of food for infection

6. Ensure compliance with regulations.
7. Coordinate and participate in serving and plating of food.
8. Monitor portion control to meet residents' requests and minimize
Waste.
9. Ensure attractive presentation of food on the plate before serving.
10. Notify Food Service Director of malfunction of equipment or appliances.
11. Assign work to Food Service Assistants
In the food service program.
12. Other duties as assigned by Food Service Director
