Responsibilities:
- Prepares and coordinates emails, reports, presentations, agendas, and templates, as needed.
- Schedules and coordinates meetings, conferences, special events, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Facilitates materials necessary for meetings, special projects, and reports.
- Attends meetings, keeps records of all proceedings and acts as custodian for all related documentation.
- Prepares and distributes subsequent correspondence as needed and follows up on action items to ensure completion.
- Prioritizes, receives, and screens visitors and telephone calls.
- Maintains assigned calendar(s). Attempts to answer all telephone calls personally by the 3rd ring. Routes calls to proper staff member, when personnel are unavailable, accurately recording and delivering messages.
Education, Training & Experience:
- High school diploma/GED required. Associates degree preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an Executive Assistant (Healthcare setting preferred).
