Job
Purpose:
The purpose
of
the job is to maintain records of all accessions, termination, leaves of
absences, transfers and status changes of current, new and terminated employees as well as temporary
or layoff status. Create and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual employee reports requested by the
Vice President of Human Resources.
Education:
Possesses an Associate’s degree in business or equivalent education or experience.
Experience
:
Possess three (3) years of experience as a Human Resources staff member.
Preferred:
Possess experience as a Human Resources Generalist.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
None
