What does a Human Resource Support Specialist do?

A Human Resource Support Specialist assists employees with all aspects of processing worker's compensation claims and ensures claims are processed accurately and in a timely fashion. This includes assisting with the review of worker's compensation light duty assignments and requested accommodations relating to worker's compensation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or two years of Human Resource experience is required.
  • Valid NYS Driver's license is required.
